Return Policy
If you don't like your item for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a refund or exchange with the following requirements:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from delivery date.
- Item(s) must be received in original condition preferably in the same packing materials.
- Item(s) should be securely packed for safe return.
- The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance.

Warranty
All items have a 90 day warranty unless the product description says otherwise.
Our warranty covers the following:
- You receive your device, and it does not turn on
- Hardware failure (ex. computer stops turning on) not due to mishandling or damage by the buyer
- Damage that occurred during shipping
Our warranty does not cover:
- Software issues or viruses
- Damage due to mishandling by the buyer (ie. cracked screens or dropped computers)
- Laptop batteries
Please contact us with your order # at contact@dynamic-surplus.com for all warranty requests. All warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at the expense of Dynamic Computer Surplus, LLC. If we cannot repair or replace the item, a full refund will be given.
Customer Data
In today's world, data security is more important than ever. At Dynamic Computer Surplus, we ensure that any data passing through our facility is securely sanitized. Every hard drive we touch goes through our secure 3-pass wipe and verify process, making any later data recovery attempts impossible.
Condition
All products are refurbished/used unless otherwise stated.
Sales Tax
As required by federal law we charge sales tax in most states. If you are a non-profit or a re-seller please email your signed Sales Tax Certificate to your sales rep or send it to contact@dynamic-surplus.com. If you have already placed an order, put your order number on the bottom or the subject line and you will be happy to credit the tax back to you.
Shipping
Products usually ship within two business days after payment. If you have a rush order, or need an item delivered on Saturday please call to request faster shipping.
All products are shipped and delivered on business days.
Free shipping offers only apply to the continental US.
If an item shows as being delivered on the carrier's website, no refunds will be given for 'item not received' requests. If you believe your package is missing, even though it shows as being delivered, please consult with the carrier (UPS/USPS) or your local authorities.
Shipping damage
If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us to setup a carrier damage claim. Pictures and or a carrier inspection may be required and if available a replacement shipment will be setup. Please do not discard any packaging materials.
Limitation of Liability
Dynamic Computer Surplus, LLC (including its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and permitted assigns thereof) do not accept liability for any damages including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, injury, loss of business, loss of data, loss of software or the provision of services and support. Dynamic Computer Surplus, LLC will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or any claim by any third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, Dynamic Computer Surplus, LLC (including its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and permitted assigns thereof) are not liable or responsible for any damages above the amount invoiced by Dynamic Computer Surplus, LLC for the said product or service.
